IDG survey: customers generally satisfied about 4G service

VietNamNet Bridge – At a recent international workshop on 4G LTE, IDG announced the results of the survey it conducted about users’ satisfaction with 4G services from April 1 to July 1. IDG carried out the survey in eight large cities and provinces of Vietnam, namely Hanoi, HCMC, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Can Tho, Dong Nai, Vung Tau and Binh Duong.
