The Consumer Federation of Kenya yesterday urged citizens to scrutinise the decoders in the market and acquire those approved by the Communications Authority of Kenya. Secretary general Stephen Mutoro said consumers have a variety of options to choose from as the deadline of switching from analogue to digital TV approaches.
