(The Nation/ANN)-The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) on Thursday issued the regulations on how it will compensate digital TV licence holders who want to return the licences to the watchdog. The NBTC will hold a meeting with digital TV licence holders on May 7 to explain more on these rules.
