The Government of Ghana willingly walked out of a case it was almost winning at the international court for fear of not being able to access a $19 billion loan facility from China for the country’s Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) infrastructure. That’s according to NDC Member of Parliament for the Ningo-Prampram Constituency, Sam George.
