Samoa Cabinet last week approved the establishment of a government owned Digital TV, Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi announced in his congratulatory speech Saturday night to celebrate the 10th anniversary since TV Samoa was privatised, owned and managed by Samoa Quality Broadcasting Corporation (SQBC).
