Ukraine has set up a system to counter anti-Ukrainian television broadcasts and Russia information aggression in the Donbas war zone in the east of the country. The system was launched on April 19 by President Petro Poroshenko live from a war cabinet meeting, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
