HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam Television Cable Corporation Limited Company (VTVcab) will float nearly 42.3 million shares in its initial public offering (IPO) on April 17 on Hà Nội Stock Exchange. The number of shares to be sold is equivalent to 47.8 per cent of its charter capital.
