BANGKOK, 16th March 2018 (NNT) – The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs is preparing to propose that the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) utilize Article 44 of the temporary constitution to halt digital television license payments for three years, to aid the operators.
