SINGAPORE – Singapore will now stop analogue broadcasting from Jan 1, 2019 – a one-year extension of the original timeline. This is because only about half of the over 139,000 low-income households here have made the switch to digital broadcasting, despite the rollout of a help scheme three years ago.
