Editorial: Accountability missing for county’s radio problems

When people make mistakes in government, are they held accountable? That question comes to mind when reading Deschutes County’s report into what went wrong with its $5 million-plus digital radio system for law enforcement. The radio system does work well now, but it’s important to remember now how seriously flawed it was.
