On Dec. 1 , HD Radio parent DTS Inc. officially became a subsidiary of Tessera Holding Corp. That hasn’t stopped DTS from making strategic deals in the audio world. On Thursday (12/8), DTS announced that it has acquired All In Media , a global supplier of smartphone apps and broadcast systems for the radio industry.
