Digital Broadcasting Corporation has given its broadcasting licence back to the government, citing operational difficulties in an underdeveloped industry and a lack of advertising support. A total of 113 staff will lose their jobs next month. It is the second broadcaster to return its digital licence, leaving only two others in the field.
