CENTRAL CITY — Former Public Health Director Velma Jeanette Williams died Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, surrounded by her family. Jeanette is mourned by her husband, Jackie, their family and friends, and a great many members of the community. Jeanette was a loving wife, mother and friend to all.
