Harold Behe’s life was all about service. From serving on Trafford’s zoning board to co-founding the Trafford Emergency Medical Service, he was always involved with his community, his family said. “He involved us. If there was a pancake breakfast at church, we would all be there helping to serve,†said his daughter, Frances O’Connor.
