Daniel Reany, a reporter for the Christian Broadcasting Network who this year published his debut novel, “Dateline: Jerusalem – Zion Falling,†fondly recalls living in Ford City and being a Boy Scout there as a child. “I have wonderful memories of my time as a Boy Scout with Troop 676 at Appleby Manor in Ford City,†Reany wrote in an email.
