ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid on Monday said the decision against Mumtaz Qadri was given by the court and the protests over his execution are beyond comprehension. He was speaking to media after inaugurating 10KW medium wave transmitters at Radio Pakistan Karachi.
