Drilon bares P18-B ‘midnight’ dredging deal

By Efren L. Danao Senior Reporter The previous administration inked an P18-billion deal for the dredging of Laguna Lake before the May election, Sen. Franklin Drilon said Friday. In an interview over AM radio station dwIZ Drilon said the dredging contract was signed for the first time in March, and a second time, in April.
